What we are
We are demolition specialists. The whole business is built around taking structures apart in a controlled sequence and getting the material off site legally, which is a narrower trade than it sounds and a more technical one than most people expect.
That focus is deliberate. Demolition in New York City is governed by filings, asbestos rules, disposal rules and building access constraints that a general trade picks up as it goes. We would rather be the crew that already knows what an ACP-5 is when you ask.
How we work
We plan the sequence before anything comes down. Access decides most of the plan in this city, so we work out how material leaves the building before we work out how it comes off the wall. Utilities get proved dead rather than assumed dead. Anything that carries load gets supported before it is touched.
We tell you which filing you need before we quote, not after you have committed. If your job needs an asbestos assessment we start that on day one, because it is the step that most often moves a start date and the one people most often leave until last.
We coordinate the specialists a demolition needs around it — the DEP-certified asbestos investigator, the gas fitter who proves a supply dead, the engineer who designs temporary support — so the sequence holds together instead of stalling between trades.

Where we are
Our base is on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, which is why Brooklyn jobs get the shortest travel and the easiest scheduling. From there we cover Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island, plus Long Island, Yonkers and New Rochelle.
We are open seven days a week, from 7am to 11pm, and we take emergency calls around the clock. A parapet does not wait for Monday, and neither does a tenant with water coming through a ceiling — so someone picks up.
